Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada by her character of Bo. Silk was a native of Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay who is producer and director of the drama at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. The father of Silk, Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories as being at play rehearsals with her mom. Silk was a prominent character in numerous commercials as a young child. In 1997, she received a bachelor's degree at St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas produced at least Two early productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk moved in Toronto for her acting to improve, before moving after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she began to meet him in 2007 during an acting workshop at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. Following their engagement in 2008, they got married in 2009. The couple got married in Fredericton on April 10th 2011, they renewed vows, following Silk's decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first son Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 The second son of hers, Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk is well-known for her role on television as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she received nominations from for the Gemini Awards. In 2009 she was cast as the main character Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while shooting the final season of the third series. Silk announced her pregnancy to the viewers in the Showcase Season Three pre-show special that aired on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk, who has been involved in the production of Lost Girl since the final season episode was conceived on January 6 2013 on Twitter, announced that she would return to the show on June 4, 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on the fourth. CNN named Bo's portrayal alongside Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most popular television couples of all time. E! voted it the top couple on TV of 2013. Entertainment Television.
